特徴

• COL17A1 encodes the alpha chain of type XVII collagen.
• Unlike most collagens, collagen XVII is a transmembrane protein.
• Collagen XVII is a structural component of hemidesmosomes, multiprotein complexes at the dermal-epidermal basement membrane zone that mediate adhesion of keratinocytes to the underlying membrane.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Indirect Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:2000Flow Cytometry (Indirect): 1:25Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
