NRP1 is a membrane-bound coreceptor to a tyrosine kinase receptor for both vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF; MIM 192240) and semaphorin (see SEMA3A; MIM 603961) family members.
NRP1 plays versatile roles in angiogenesis, axon guidance, cell survival, migration, and invasion.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
