Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) phosphorylate the 3-prime OH position of the inositol ring of inositol lipids.

The class I PI3Ks display a broad phosphoinositide lipid substrate specificity and include p110-alpha , p110-beta, and p110-gamma.
p110-alpha and p110-beta interact with SH2/SH3-domain-containing p85 adaptor proteins and with GTP-bound Ras.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
