The SOX (SRY-box containint gene) gene family encodes a group of transcription factors defined by the conserved high motiliity group (HMG) DNA binding domain.
They are involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50 Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
