• The encoded protein may be involved in activation of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathways.
• Mutations in this gene are associated with anonychia congenital.
• Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.

• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
