ERO1LB is essential oxidoreductase that oxidizes proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum to produce disulfide bonds.
ERO1LB acts by oxidizing directly P4HB/PDI isomerase through a direct disulfide exchange.
ERO1LB does not act as a direct oxidant of folding substrate, but relies on P4HB/PDI to transfer oxidizing equivalent.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
