AVIL is a member of the gelsolin/villin family of actin regulatory proteins.
This protein has structural similarity to villin.
It binds actin and may play a role in the development of neuronal cells that form ganglia.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-500Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 monthsmafter receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
