EZH2 is a protein that transfers sulfate to the C-4 hydroxyl of beta-1,4-linked GalNAc flanked by GlcUA residues in chondroitin.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Indirect Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:10-1:50Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:25Immunofluorescence: 1:25Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
