St18 is a pepressor that binds to DNA sequences containing a bipartite element consisting of a direct repeat of the sequence 5'-AAAGTTT-3' separated by 2-9 nucleotides.
Represses basal transcription activity from target promoters (By similarity).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
