Forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP and triggers activation of the immune responses in macrophages and dendritic cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Immunohistochemistry (Leica/Paraffin): 1:500 Requires HIER using EDTA pH 9.0Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
