MARCH3 is a member of the MARCH family of membrane-bound E3 ubiquitin ligases (EC 6.3.2.19).
MARCH proteins add ubiquitin (see MIM 191339) to target lysines in substrate proteins, thereby signaling their vesicular transport between membrane compartments.
MARCH3 appears to function in the endosomal recycling pathway (Fukuda et al., 2006 [PubMed 16428329]).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:1,000Western Blot: 1:100-1:500Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
