特徴
- HBEGF may be involved in macrophage-mediated cellular proliferation.
- It is mitogenic for fibroblasts and smooth muscle but not endothelial cells.
- It is able to bind EGF receptors with higher affinity than EGF itself and is a far more potent mitogen for smooth muscle cells than EGF.
- Also acts as a diphtheria toxin receptor.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
