特徴
- CTAG1A is an identical copy of the CTAG1B gene (MIM 300156) (Aradhya et al., 2001 [PubMed 11709543]).[supplied by OMIM].
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:25-1:250 Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
