84-1241-68 CTSA, NT (CTSA, PPGB, Lysosomal protective protein, Carboxypeptidase C, Carboxypeptidase L, Cathepsin A, Protective protein cathepsin A, Protective protein for beta-galactosidase, Lysosomal protective protein 32kD chain, Lysosomal protective protein 20kD chain) 200ul 034345
CTSA encodes a glycoprotein which associates with lysosomal enzymes beta-galactosidase and neuraminidase to form a complex of high molecular weight multimers.
The formation of this complex provides a protective role for stability and activity.
Deficiencies in this gene are linked to multiple forms of galactosialidosis.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
