Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome Protein (WASP)-family Protein Member 2 (known as WAVE2) is found in many cells and tissues, with strong expression in peripheral blood leukocytes.
WAVE2 is involved in signaling RTKs and small GTPases.
As a whole, the WAVE family of proteins have a general function for regulating the actin cytoskeleton in various tissues.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:COS-7+EGF cell lysates untreated and lambda phosphatase treated.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
