KAT7/Hbo1/MYST2 is a member of the MYST histone acetyltransferae family which acetylates both histone H3 and H4 and is involved in the regulation of DNA replication.
The initiation of DNA replication is tightly regulated in eukaryotic cells to ensure that the genome is precisely duplicated once per cell cycle.
This is accomplished by controlling the pre-replicative complex.
KAT7/Hbo1/MYST2 is a positive regulatory factor for prereplicative complex assembly.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
