• It consists of at least 10 nonidentical subunits in mammals.

• cerevisiae the p39 subunit contains WD repeats; these are thought to mediate protein-protein interactions.
• The p39 protein appears to be essential for maintaining the integrity of the yeast EIF3 complex.
• The mammalian EIF3-p36 subunit is homologous to yeast p39.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
