Binds DNA preferably to the CRE-like element 5'-GATGACGTG[TG]N3[AT]T-3', and also to some TPA response elements (TRE).
Binds to the HLA DR-alpha promoter.
Binds to the Tax-responsive element (TRE) of HTLV-I.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in nuclear lysates of cell line HeLa on ~38kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
