Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.2-0.6ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell line K562 on ~47kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
