Specifically mediates dimethylation of H3 'Lys-36'.
Has sequence-specific DNA-binding activity and recognizes the 19-mer core of the 5'-terminal inverted repeats (TIRs) of the Hsmar1 element.
Has DNA nicking activity.
Has in vivo end joining activity and may mediate genomic integration of foreign DNA.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, Daudi lysate observed on ~70-75kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
