SEL1L may play a role in Notch signaling and be involved in the endoplasmic reticulum quality control (ERQC) system also called ER-associated degradation (ERAD) involved in ubiquitin-dependent degradation of misfolded endoplasmic reticulum proteins.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:4000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 on ~80kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
