The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, Rab family.
It may be involved in small GTPase mediated signal transduction and intracellular protein transportation.
Alternative splicing occurs at this locus and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:64,000Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml, observed in mouse eye lysates on ~30kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
