Prolyl Endopeptidase is a cytosolic prolyl endopeptidase which cleaves peptide bonds on the C-terminal side of prolyl residues within peptides that are up to approximately 30aa long.
Prolyl endopeptidases have been reported to be involved in the maturation and degradation of peptide hormones and neuropeptides.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-6ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
