Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2.5-3.8ug/ml shows vesicular staining in Sertoli cells using human testis.
Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0Western Blot: 0.2-0.6ug/ml detects an ~70kD band in human kidney lysatesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
