NEK7 encodes a NEK type protein kinase, which contains a C-terminal NIMA-like catalytic domain.
NEK7 expression has been documented in normal human blood, brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, prostate, skeletal muscle and testis.
ESTs have been isolated from several tissue libraries, including normal adrenal, bone, pancreas and skeletal muscle and cancerous blood, head/neck, ovary and lung.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:64,000Western Blot: 0.05-0.2ug/ml, lysates of cell line HeLa observed on ~35kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
