特徴
- ITK is an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells.
- The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases.
- It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Peptide): 1:2,000Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml.
- Transfected HEK293 cells showed band at ~75kDOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
