- Integrins are heterodimers composed of non-covalently associated transmembrane alpha and beta subunits.
- Most integrin receptors bind ligands, components of the extracellular matrix, including fibronectin, collagen and vitronectin.
- Ligands serve to cross-link or cluster integrins by binding to adjacent integrin receptors.
- In addition to mediating cell adhesion and cytoskeletal organization, integrins function as signaling receptors.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.

- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
