• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.

• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: 1:64,000Western Blot: 0.01-0.03ug/ml, observed in human brain, cerebellum and liver lysates on ~70kD bands.
• An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26-28kD.
• This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide
• Immunohistochemistry: 5ug/ml using paraffin embedded human testesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
