- Recommended Dilutions:Peptide ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.3-1ug/ml, Detects a band at ~55kD using human and mouse liver lysates
- Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 3-5ug/ml.
- Human cerebral cortex shows mitochondrial staining in neuronal cell bodies and axons
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
