特徴
- Frizzled-3 (FZD3) is a Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling.
- It is widely expressed, mostly in brain and urogenital tissues.
- FZD3 is also expressed in the epidermis and developing hair follicles.
- FZD3 has been implicated in the development of axon tracts in the forebrain.
- A truncated form of FZD3 exists due to alternative splicing.
- FZD3 expression has been documented in blood, brain, colon, kidney, lung, lymph node, ovary, pancreas, skeletal muscle, skin, spinal cord, stomach, urogenital tract, and uterus.
- ESTs have been isolated from amnion, brain, colon, eye, heart, kidney, lymph, skin, and testis libraries.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:2000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
