EXOC7 is a component of the exocyst, which is an evolutionarily conserved octameric protein complex essential for exocytosis.
The exocyst targets secretory vesicles at specific domains of the plasma membrane for cell surface expansion and protein secretion.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
