DPP10 is a single-pass type II membrane protein that is a member of the S9B family in clan SC of the serine proteases.
This protein has no detectable protease activity, most likely due to the absence of the conserved serine residue normally present in the catalytic domain of serine proteases.
However, it does bind specific voltage-gated potassium channels and alters their expression and biophysical properties.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:32,000Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, observed in human bone marrow lysates on ~90kD bandsOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
