- POLDIP2 is a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit.
- This protein also interacts with proliferating cell nuclear antigen.
- Some transcripts of POLDIP2 gene overlap in a tail-to-tail orientation with the gene for tumor necrosis factor, alpha-induced protein 1 (TNFAIP1).
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:8000Western Blot: 1-3ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
