The DAZ (Deleted in AZoospermia) family are potential RNA binding proteins that are expressed in prenatal and postnatal germ cells of males and females.
DAZL is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of fetal germ cells and to the cytoplasm of developing oocytes.
In the testis, this protein is localized to the nucleus of spermatogonia but relocates to the cytoplasm during meiosis where it persists in spermatids and spermatozoa.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
