VPS35, otherwise known as MEM3, is a ubiquitously expressed member of the vacuolar protein sorting (VPS) family, and vital component of the multimeric retromer complex, involved in the retrieval of lysosomal enzyme receptors (IGF2R and M6PR) from endosomes to the trans Golgi network.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
