特徴
- Complexes with metalloproteinases (such as collagenases) and irreversibly inactivates them by binding to their catalytic zinc cofactor.
- Known to act on MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-3, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10, MMP-13, MMP-14, MMP-15, MMP-16 and MMP-19.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
