特徴

• NALP7 is a 980aa containing short NALP belonging to the NLRP family with aDPIN domain, nine LRR (leucine-rich) repeats and a NACHT domain.
• NALP7 is usually induced by LPS and IL-1B in peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
• A PYRIN-containing APAF-1-like protein, NALP7 directly interacts with CASP1 and IL-1B and acts as a feedback regulator of CASP1/caspase-1-dependent interleukin-1 beta secretion.
• It may play a crucial role in cell proliferation.
• Expressed in numerous tissues including uterus and ovary, with low levels in heart and brain but not detected in skeletal muscle.
• Defects in NLRP7 are the cause of hydatidiform mole (HYDM), an abnormal human pregnancy with no embryo and cystic degeneration of placental villi.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1-2ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
