Chemokines are a family of related proteins that regulate leukocyte migration (including into tissues) and activation in the face of inflammatory stimulus.
CCL20/LARC/EXODUS/MIP-3 has been shown to be highly expressed in liver, and preferentially in lymphocytes and monocytes where its expression is upregulated by mediators of inflammation.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:16,000Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 6.13ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
