Constituent of the membrane attack complex (MAC) that plays a key role in the innate and adaptive immune response by forming pores in the plasma membrane of target cells.
C9 is the pore-forming subunit of the MAC.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/mlImmunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
