特徴
- The catenins (alpha, beta and gamma) are ubiquitously expressed, cytoplasmic proteins that associate with E-cadherin.
- Alpha-catenin can also bind P-cadherin and N- cadherin.
- Gamma-catenin, also known as plakoglobin, is an 82kD protein that binds with alpha-catenin and N-cadherin.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 1:50Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
