TGF-B RII is a membrane-bound serine/threonine kinase.
It associates with TGF-B RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-B signals.
This receptor binds TGF-B1 and TGF-B3 with high affinity and TGF-B2 with much lower affinity and is expressed by most cell types.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 0.25-1ug/10e6 cells from mouse splenocytesOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
