84-1216-29 PNP (Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase, Inosine Phosphorylase, NP) 100ug P4350-11
特徴
- Purine Nucleoside Phosphorylase (PNP) catalyzes the phophorolysis of N-ribosidic bonds of purine nucleosides and deoxynucleosides.
- Physiological substrates of PNP include inosine, guanosine, and 2'-deoxyguanosine, but not adenosine.
- PNP is expressed in most tissues, with markedly greater expression in lymphoid tissues.
- Genetic deficiencies of PNP result in severely compromised T-lymphocyte function and neurologic dysfunction.
- PNP is used in assays for the measurement of inorganic phosphate.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C.
- Stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile PBS.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
