Alpha-synuclein (aa1-140), an acidic neuronal protein of 140aa, is extremely heat-resistant and is natively unfolded with an extended structure primarily composed of random coils.
Alpha-synuclein has been suggested to be implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease and related neurodegenerative disorders, and more recently, to be an important regulatory component of vesicular transport in neuronal cells.
Specially, the non-A beta component of amyloid plaques (NAC, aa61-95) is a highly amyloidogenic peptide consisting of 35aa which was first identified associated with senile plaques in the Alzheimer's disease brain.
Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence.

Recommended Dilution:Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
