特徴
- p53 is an intensively studied tumor suppressor protein, which has a vital role in the control of cell growth.
- In normal circumstances cells arrest during the G1/G2 phase of the cell cycle, and undertake any DNA repair processes that are necessary.
- This arrest is mediated by p53, and if p53 is absent or damaged cells with cancerous potential may be able to continue through the cell cycle.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
