特徴
- The rabbit anti-actin polyclonal antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to N-terminus of human a-smooth muscle actin.
- This peptide sequence is identical in rat, mouse, chicken, bovine, etc.
- The other actin isoforms, such as a- and g-cytoplasmic, a-skeletal, a-cardiac actins, are not stained by this antibody.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Western Blot:Immunohistochemistry:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Excitation: 344nm
- Emission: 446nm
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
