Binding of the ligand increase intracellular calcium concentration and amplify glucose-stimulated insulin secretion.
The activity of this receptor is mediated by G-proteins that activate phospholipase C.
Seems to act through a G(q) and G(i)-mediated pathway.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
