Wingless-type MMTV integration site family, member 3A (Wnt3a) is a member of the Wnt family.
The Wnt gene family is representative of a growing class of multifunctioanl factors that play a role in both tumorigenesis and patterning events required for normal differentiation and development.
Wnt3a is a ligand for members of the frizzled family of seven transmembrane receptors.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
