特徴

• USP2, also known as UBP41 is a deubiquitinating protease which rescues proteins from the ubiquitin mediated 26S proteasomal pathway.
• The USP2 gene encodes two splice variants- USP2a and USP2b, with molecular weights of 69kD and 48kD respectively.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 5ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
