RAMP3 (receptor calcitonin activity modifying protein 3) transports the calcitonin gene-related peptide type 1 receptor (CALCRL) to the plasma membrane.
It acts as a receptor for adrenomedullin (AM) together with CALCRL.
It is strongly expressed in lung, breast, immune system and fetal tissues and belongs to the RAMP family.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1ug/mlWestern Blot: 1ug/mlImmunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
