特徴
- PSCA is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell membrane glycoprotein.
- In addition to being highly expressed in the prostate it is also expressed in the bladder, placenta, colon, kidney, and stomach.
- It is up-regulated in a large proportion of prostate cancers and is also detected in cancers of the bladder and pancreas.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
